Key Responsibilities:
As the HIPP Enrollment Coordinator, you will:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of patient helpers.
  • Act as a patient advocate, ensuring clear communication of program requirements to patients and their families.
  • Facilitate the enrollment process for high-cost, medically complex Medicaid beneficiaries, helping them access employer-sponsored health insurance.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff, including Social Workers and Case Managers, to build strong relationships and enhance program visibility.
  • Analyze performance metrics and trends to drive efficiency and improve outcomes.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Education, or Psychology; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least five years of relevant experience in a hospital or patient-related environment.
  • Experience managing a team of 3-10 employees.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement best practices.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for working with diverse populations.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a significant advantage.
