Position Summary:

Commonwealth is seeking an Innovation Coordinator for a full-time, temporary role. In this position, you will be instrumental in developing and scaling innovative financial solutions aimed at individuals with low to moderate incomes. You will support various initiatives and be part of a dedicated team committed to creating a positive impact on the financial lives of many.

This is a temporary position for a duration of 6 months, with a possibility of extension based on funding availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects through effective task management and organized follow-up.
  • Conduct research and assessments to aid in the recruitment of employer partnerships.
  • Support original qualitative and quantitative research, including data analysis and interviews with individuals from low to moderate income backgrounds.
  • Design and prototype innovative solutions to financial challenges.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and assist in creating high-quality presentations to communicate research findings.
  • Collaborate with a results-driven team to ensure projects meet both immediate and long-term objectives.
  • Contribute to written communications that promote the dissemination of innovations.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture through high energy, a willingness to learn, and active participation in project teams.
