Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities across our target market.
  • Outbound Outreach: Execute a high volume of cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to engage potential clients.
  • Qualifying Leads: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and determine their potential fit.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for our President to further develop and close.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and progress in our CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to identify areas for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our President to develop effective outreach strategies and continuously refine our approach.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a BDR, Sales, or similar role (experience in recruiting or staffing is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of outreach activities and maintain consistent follow-up
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate our value proposition and service offerings
