Position Summary

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients and formulating tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments. This role includes providing direct patient care, documenting progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations to determine patient needs and establish treatment goals.
  • Treatment Implementation: Develop and execute individualized therapy programs, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Education: Provide guidance and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and rehabilitation exercises.
Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Current license to practice Physical Therapy in Texas.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
Physical Requirements

This position may require physical stamina, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods. Fine motor skills and the ability to communicate effectively are essential.
