About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Behavioral Innovations. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
  • Provide direct therapy services to children and their families
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $76,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience
  • Bonus structure: $6K - $18K annually, paid quarterly
  • 20 days PTO and 7 paid holidays

Requirements
  • Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines
  • Experience with center-based, early intervention
  • Effective collaborator and empathetic team-player
