Your impactful role includes:

  • Delivering direct patient care in accordance with personalized care plans and physician directives.
  • Monitoring patient conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
  • Collaborating with Registered Nurses to communicate findings and implement care plans.
  • Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, emotional, and mental needs for successful recovery.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • Current LPN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
  • CPR certification.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
  • Preferred experience in rehabilitation.
