Completion of foundational coursework in pelvic health and prior experience in pelvic rehabilitation, including clinical rotations, is strongly encouraged. Responsible for documenting assessments, progress, and instructions for patients and their families. May offer mentorship and support to students, interns, and other team members. Oversees patient care conducted by assistants and rehabilitation aides.
A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required. Licenses/Certifications: Must hold a current license to practice Physical Therapy as recognized by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners or be eligible for licensure.
Completion of foundational coursework in pelvic health and prior experience in pelvic rehabilitation, including clinical rotations, is strongly encouraged.Must possess a Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners license.
Essential skills include fine motor dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to comprehend and convey information both verbally and in writing. Visual acuity to monitor equipment, recognize characters, differentiate colors, and observe physical attributes is crucial for this role.
Implements rehabilitation treatment plans and administers basic physical therapy interventions. Demonstrates proficiency in executing fundamental physical therapy techniques. Oversees patient care provided by assistants and rehabilitation aides.
Engages in presenting relevant topics from professional literature during clinic meetings, grand rounds, conferences, and academic settings as assigned or requested by supervising faculty.
Accurately documents in medical records and fulfills other documentation responsibilities efficiently.Ensures safe and effective care for patients, staff, and visitors; adheres to all policies, procedures, and standards set forth by RestoraCare Staffing while maintaining budgetary constraints, including time management, resource allocation, productivity, and service quality.
