Corporate Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Development Director to join our Global Corporate Development team at PayPal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing inorganic growth strategies and opportunities for PayPal.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities through mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and investments.
- Lead cross-functional diligence teams and act as the primary contact for target companies.
- Mentor and develop deal team members who assist with sourcing, financial modeling, and diligence.
- Develop and execute financial models, valuations, and synergy analyses to support deal decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for growth and expansion.
- 8+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Investment Banking.
- Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, valuation, and synergy analysis.
- Excellent judgment, maturity, and experience working with Board-level executives.
- Adept with technology and a strategic thinker who can develop strategic plans.
- Experience in developing teams, including training, performance evaluations, and culture building.
