Corporate Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Development Director to join our Global Corporate Development team at PayPal. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing inorganic growth strategies and opportunities for the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities through mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and investments.
- Lead cross-functional diligence teams and act as the primary contact for target companies.
- Mentor and develop deal team members who assist with sourcing, financial modeling, and diligence.
- Develop and execute financial models, valuations, and synergy analyses to support deal decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for growth and expansion.
- 8+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Investment Banking.
- Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, valuation, and synergy analysis.
- Excellent judgment, maturity, and experience working with Board-level executives.
- Adept with technology and a strategic thinker who can develop strategic plans.
- Experience in developing teams, including training, performance evaluations, and culture building.
