Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at AssuredPartners. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our HR Department, ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Data Management: Accurately record and update employee information, including personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews, and termination dates.
  • Employee Inquiries: Respond to employee inquiries and provide information to authorized personnel, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives: Assist with HR projects and initiatives, including ad-hoc projects as needed, to support the growth and development of our organization.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Manage new hire communication and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Employee Offboarding: Own all administrative tasks associated with employee offboarding, including record-keeping and data management.
  • HRIS System Management: Utilize our HRIS system for record-keeping and compile data from personnel records to prepare reports.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR Department, including miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree preferred or a minimum of two years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Communication and Organization: Strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
