Administrative Coordinator

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, dedicated to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a manufacturer of memory chips that provides solutions to companies worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executive and team members
- Coordinate and organize office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Prepare and present information for executive staff and external stakeholders
- Maintain high-level contacts with internal and external parties
- Analyze data to identify key factors and make informed decisions
- Exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques to achieve solutions
- Produce high-quality documents, including memos, letters, and reports
- Ensure timely submission of invoices and expenses
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and phone communications as needed
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 3-5 years of experience supporting teams, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
