Role Overview: The Sales Growth Strategist is responsible for increasing market share through proactive business development and comprehensive customer account management. This role focuses on generating new business via outside sales initiatives, including cold calling, prospecting, territory planning, and relationship cultivation. The successful candidate will also nurture existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consistently support initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through various communication channels, including phone, social media, and in-person meetings.
• Engage with key decision-makers throughout the purchasing process.
• Target high-quality leads and leverage existing partnerships to broaden the prospect pipeline.
• Act as a market leader by connecting with networking groups and trade associations.
• Conduct thorough pre-call planning using market research to understand customer challenges and identify key stakeholders.
• Provide consultative account management, ensuring post-sale support and regular follow-up.
• Lead strategic discussions with clients, presenting and upselling additional products based on their needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Proof of vehicle liability insurance.

Work Environment: This position can be performed in a remote or hybrid setting, requiring compliance with occupational safety and health standards. The role may involve:
• Sitting or standing for extended periods and walking short distances.
• Regular communication, both verbal and written.
• Adjusting vision for close and distant tasks.
• Performing physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Travel Requirements: Expectation of 30-50% travel time for this position.
