Job Opportunity: Blood Bank Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Blood Bank Technologist to join our team in Southern Pennsylvania. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary, full benefits, and potential for relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform specialized laboratory procedures with independence and accuracy.
  • Train and educate laboratory personnel, contributing to our continuing education program.
  • Verify and check documentation of less experienced laboratory personnel, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Act as a lead in the absence of a supervisor/manager, preparing schedules and drafting procedures as needed.
  • Participate in special projects assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • ASCP certification (or eligibility/equivalent certification)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or Associate Degree in Science
  • Experience in the field is highly preferred
