About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a clinical role that combines phlebotomy and home hospice care. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing personal care services and skilled nursing services to patients and families in their homes. You will also be responsible for obtaining blood specimens for lab testing, documenting and communicating lab results.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care services and skilled nursing services to patients and families in their homes
- Obtain blood specimens for lab testing, document and communicate lab results
- Triage calls and answer questions from clinical staff in the field
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care
- Must be an LPN with proficiency in phlebotomy
- Must be able to work a minimum of 64 hours per two-week pay period
- Must be vaccinated against influenza or have a religious/medical exemption
