About the Role:
The Service Secretary at Colonial Ford Inc. will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in Danbury, Connecticut. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers and assist in managing day-to-day operations of the service department.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule service appointments for customers.
- Coordinate loaner vehicles for customers.
- Maintain accurate and organized service records and files.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of previous customer service experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
Compensation and Benefits:
This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. A competitive benefits package is also included.
