**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Secretary to join our team in Danbury, Connecticut.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients in person and over the phone.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate loaner vehicles for customers.
  • Ensure accurate and organized service records and files.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of previous customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

**Compensation and Benefits**

Competitive hourly salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
