Position Overview:
This role is for a BAS/HVAC Controls Technician responsible for the installation, upkeep, and enhancement of HVAC control systems, aimed at creating efficient and comfortable environments within various structures.

We are a well-established mechanical and controls contractor located in South Florida, with a legacy dating back to the early 1980s. Our expertise lies in HVAC, building controls, refrigeration, and ductwork services tailored for commercial and industrial clients. Our extensive experience allows us to provide a wide array of mechanical services, including construction, maintenance, retrofitting, and custom metalwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain HVAC control systems.
  • Optimize system performance to ensure comfort and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to HVAC controls.
  • Configure network components and replace faulty equipment as necessary.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC controls or BAS.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems and control components.
  • Valid US driver's license.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Schneider Electric, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Automated Logic, Trane, Honeywell, Distech, or similar.

Preferred:
  • Experience with Tridium Niagara (N4).
