About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our HVAC construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project teams to execute HVAC projects effectively, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement project plans, manage resources, and track project performance to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with mechanical codes and industry standards, such as ASHRAE guidelines and local building codes.
Requirements
  • Extensive background in mechanical project management or related roles, with experience supervising project teams with HVAC systems, plumbing, or other mechanical systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in addressing technical issues and managing project changes.
  • Proficiency with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools, for planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
