Account Manager – Customer Relationship & Business Development

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Forza. This individual will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction while identifying opportunities for account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the company's product and service offerings within assigned accounts.
  • Customer Success: Proactively manage customer expectations, providing regular updates and insights, while addressing any challenges or feedback to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Forecasting: Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and develop account growth strategies based on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with clients, presenting value-add solutions, performance metrics, and proposals for future growth initiatives.
  • Negotiations & Renewals: Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely renewals, maintaining profitability while offering competitive solutions that meet the customer's needs.
  • CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and tracking of business development progress.
