We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at TravelCenters of America. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing vital support to the General Manager in the leadership of our Truck Service business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Truck Service team to maximize profitability and build a strong loyal customer base.
- Supervise and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service and maintain company standards.
- Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing and operational strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage shift operations and ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the trucking or transportation industry.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze financial data to drive business decisions.
