Join us in a vibrant role as a Bellperson, where your friendly demeanor and efficiency will create memorable first and last impressions for our guests. As a key representative of our hospitality team, you will not only assist with luggage but also foster a welcoming environment, ensuring guests transition smoothly into the exceptional experiences we offer.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist guests with luggage transportation to and from their accommodations, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Provide a warm and friendly greeting to guests upon arrival, establishing a positive first impression and offering assistance as needed.
- Coordinate transportation services, such as taxis or shuttles, and share information about local attractions, dining options, and amenities.
- Handle the receipt and delivery of packages, mail, and other items for guests, ensuring secure and timely management.
- Serve as a communication link between guests and various departments, facilitating requests and ensuring effective service coordination.
Hourly Rate: $17.00
Qualifications:- At least one year of experience in the hospitality sector.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on departmental needs.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
