Job Overview

Lenovo is seeking a dynamic and strategic sales leader to drive the activation of new opportunities in the SMB segment across North America. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performance team to expand Lenovo's footprint in the SMB market, leveraging various channels, including online and offline retail, solution providers, and other routes to market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand Lenovo's SMB footprint in North America.
  • Lead a team of senior managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving revenue, profit, and customer acquisition goals.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, including channel sales, consumer sales, e-commerce, product management, marketing, and sales operations.
  • Engage with key retail and e-tail customers, channel partners, and executives at small and mid-sized businesses to elevate the Lenovo brand.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to track and measure success, implementing frameworks to monitor revenue growth, account acquisition, and pipeline development.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
