Job Title: Executive Director NA PC Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director to lead our North American PC Sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a go-to-market strategy for our PC portfolio in North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share in North America.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs, sales tools, and sales processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in North America, with a focus on PC sales.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share in a competitive sales environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business conditions.
