Account Manager, SMB

Relias is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager, SMB to join our team. As an Account Manager, SMB, you will be responsible for developing and managing overall account strategies for specific named account customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Position and sell new Relias solutions to organizational stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership to refine account management strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas through identification and closing of expansion or add-on subscription sales
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience in Account Management, preferably in a SaaS business model
- Proven track record of success in customer renewal management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage difficult client situations and respond promptly to client needs
