About the Role:
Enterprise Holdings is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Title Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our Remarketing department, you will play a critical role in supporting the administrative processing of titles sold wholesale to dealers and auctions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage titles for vehicles from various states, ensuring compliance with procedures and accurate documentation.
- Assign titles, apply for duplicate titles when necessary, and forward titles to various departments or teams as needed.
- Support the team with title issues, work with local dealerships to ensure compliance, and perform various administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 18 years old.
- 1 year of experience in an administrative role or previous clerical experience in an automotive dealership.
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position.
- Basic/Beginner PC knowledge with experience in Office 365, Word, and Excel required.
