Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough file reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Report any incidents of non-compliance, suspicion of abuse or neglect, fraud, or reportable offenses to the appropriate authorities.
  • Stay up-to-date with current policies and procedures, ensuring they align with governing body standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant statutes, rules, regulations, and guidelines applicable to our operations.
  • Ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Monitor data insights through performance dashboards to inform decision-making.
Technical Capacity:
  • Provide results of internal reviews to stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training on our safety protocols and procedures, ensuring seamless integration with EHR workflows.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure standards are understood and reflected in quality of service delivery.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on safety and risk management, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop recommendations for implementing new systems, procedures, or organizational changes to enhance safety and risk management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in administrative or human services field preferred.
  • Knowledge of and ability to navigate rules, regulations, accreditation standards, and licensing requirements.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational communication skills.
  • Self-directed with ability to work independently.
  • Successful completion of all required criminal background checks.
  • Proficiency in software programs, including Microsoft Office, Database, Electronic Health Record, and Dashboard.
