Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming mail and correspondence, and update the court's records accordingly.
  • Research and provide information to litigants and attorneys regarding court procedures and policies.
  • Assist with the preparation of court documents and reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the court staff.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a court or administrative setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of court procedures and policies.
