Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and process case information, including reviewing incoming court documents for conformity with federal and local rules.
  • Manage case progression from opening to final disposition, ensuring compliance with approved internal controls, procedures, and rules.
  • Provide customer service and cashier duties, including providing procedural information and collecting court fees.
  • Prepare case documents for appeal and review filed documents to determine conformity.
  • Ensure all orders and automated entries are accurately and appropriately docketed.

Working Conditions:

This position is located in the Clerk's Office in Cincinnati and reports to the Case Management Supervisor. Limited telework may be available subject to operational needs. Typical work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
