Human Resources Internship Opportunity

At Episcopal SeniorLife Communities, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clerical support to the HR Department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding processes, including preparing folders, creating name tags, and coordinating with facilities and catering.
  • Support benefit administration, including preparing benefit packets and assisting with employee communications.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as word processing, excel spreadsheet support, and filing.
  • Assist with monthly compliance checks and maintain confidentiality of all information related to the organization, residents, participants, family, and staff.
Requirements:
  • College credit or academic credit required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
