Human Resources Assistant

At Episcopal SeniorLife Communities, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide clerical support to the HR Department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding processes, including preparing folders, creating name tags, and coordinating with facilities and catering.
- Support benefit administration, including preparing benefit packets and assisting with employee communications.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as word processing, excel spreadsheet support, and filing.
- Assist with monthly compliance checks and maintain confidentiality of all information related to the organization, residents, participants, family, and staff.
- College credit or academic credit required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in human resources, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and develop your skills in a supportive environment.
