Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Application Manager to join our team at US Main. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, development, and daily activity of a team of Application Specialists that support all major Clinical and Business Applications and Reporting Databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clinical and operations leadership & staff, technical professionals, and external partners to understand information needs and how existing or new systems can support those needs.
  • Oversee and manage the daily functions and projects of the Applications and Data Analyst Teams.
  • Create opportunities for training, development, and advancement for team members.
  • Collaborate with the CIO, the Manager of Technical Operations, and key business stakeholders to complete objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
  • Quick learner with effective problem-solving skills, able to find solutions to new and complex issues.
  • Strong project management skills working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Results-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and issues.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment across multiple clinical and business units.
  • Experience working with external vendors.
  • Good working knowledge of common office equipment, such as printers, fax machines, and projectors.
Qualifications

Candidate must have 5 years of experience managing healthcare information systems teams.
