Job Summary

This is an hourly, non-exempt, full-time role with a competitive estimated salary of $62,500 - $80,000 per year. We are seeking a skilled Strategic Marketing Communications Professional to join our team in Altamonte Springs, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our brand standards, increase customer awareness of our products and services, and drive business objectives.

  1. Market Research and Analysis

Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

  1. Content Creation and Campaign Management

Create engaging content across various channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, press releases, product launches, and company announcements. Manage and execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

  1. Brand Integrity and Messaging

Maintain brand integrity by ensuring consistent use of our brand identity, key messaging, and other brand standards across all communication channels. Ensure all content aligns with our company's brand voice and tone.

  1. Crisis Communication and Media Relations

Assist in managing communication during crises, ensuring accurate and timely information dissemination. Develop and maintain relationships with media representatives, responding to inquiries and requests for interviews or statements.

  1. Metrics Analysis and Reporting

Analyze metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and prepare regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes. Use data to inform future marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.

  1. Social Media Management

Manage and update our social media channels, creating engaging content and responding to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Related Field

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required. A master's degree is a plus.

  • Marketing Certification (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics)

Professional certifications in marketing, such as HubSpot or Google Analytics, are highly valued.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is essential, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop effective marketing strategies to meet business objectives.

  • Exceptional Writing and Communication Skills

Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and messages that engage diverse audiences.

  • Experience with Email Marketing Platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)

Familiarity with email marketing platforms and experience in creating and executing email campaigns is a plus.

  • Bilingual (Spanish) and Ability to Translate Technical Documents

Bilingual (Spanish) skills and ability to translate technical documents are highly valued.
