We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive awareness, generate leads, assist & enable sales, and manage marketing for upsell and cross-sell initiatives for new and existing products.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / software marketing, with a proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing strategies, including product launches and managing diverse product suites. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, outstanding writing abilities, and a talent for making complex concepts sound simple and desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • KPI Management:
    • Define, track, and analyze key marketing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and overall strategy performance.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present performance insights to stakeholders.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
  • Marketing Strategy & Roadmap Development:
    • Develop comprehensive marketing roadmaps aligned with company goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and product strategies.
    • Identify new market opportunities and create plans to capture them.
  • Tactical Operations Management:
    • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media.
    • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering growth and accountability.
    • Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments.
    • Encourage a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
    • Use insights to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
