Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented WM&AS Resources Account Analyst to join our team at Washington Trust Bank. As a key member of our Wealth Management & Advisory Services (WMAS) department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and support to internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, client-focused support to internal and external clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and duties.
  • Maintain compliance with State and Federal regulations, Bank policies, and legal requirements.
  • Perform daily workflow and handle multiple tasks in order of importance, minimizing risk to the Bank.
  • Manage requests for action from Relationship Teams, ensuring all requests have necessary documentation.
  • Meet deadlines for critical objectives and complete assigned job functions in a timely manner.
  • Provide exemplary customer service for both internal and external relationships.
  • Support a team environment by utilizing courteous and tactful interpersonal communication skills and working cohesively with diverse groups of people.
  • Apply system knowledge to recognize, analyze & research variances and resolve complex issues.
  • Assist in achieving goals to meet service level agreements and department goals.

Requirements

  • College-level coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work collaboratively or independently.
  • Self-motivation and initiative.
  • Ability to multitask and manage interruptions.
  • Highly accurate data entry capabilities and demonstrated competence in computer and technical skills.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
