Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Teller I to join our team at First Interstate Bank. As a Teller I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling daily teller transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily teller transactions, including deposits, loan payments, and cash advances.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and develop relationships with clients.
  • Work effectively with 360View to identify referral opportunities and business partnerships.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and financial transactions.
