Job Summary

Midtown Home Improvements is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Supervisor to join our team. As an Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, organizing office operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records, including bookkeeping, correspondence, and filing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate jobs, oversee material orders, and maintain customer contact to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate daily and weekly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to various projects, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) and QuickBooks for efficient bookkeeping.
  • Strong communication skills for customer interactions and collaboration with team members.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless project execution.
