Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant/Secretary. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations, including data entry and other tasks as needed.
- Work closely with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills essential.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
