****About the Role:****

As an Outdoor Portrait Specialist, you will:

  • Conduct photo sessions lasting between 60-90 minutes.
  • Deliver 5-30 professionally edited images digitally within 4 days, focusing on blemish correction, contrast, color, and style.
  • Utilize natural light for all shoots, capturing a mix of candid and posed portraits.
  • Receive guidance on effective photography techniques for dating apps based on insights from over 500 clients.

****Ideal Candidate:****

This position is perfect for someone who:

  • Has a passion for capturing authentic moments with individuals of all backgrounds.
  • Appreciates the flexibility of setting their own schedule.
  • Enjoys helping clients feel confident and photogenic, regardless of their modeling experience.
  • Owns professional photography equipment, including a camera and at least one portrait lens (50mm, 85mm, or 35mm).
  • Wants to earn additional income from photography without the hassle of client acquisition and marketing.

****Compensation Structure:****

We believe in fair compensation for our partners. Our model allows photographers to earn:

  • 50% of each booking directly from clients, ensuring you receive a substantial portion of the earnings.
  • All tips received during sessions are yours to keep.

The remaining 50% is reinvested into the company to enhance our services and support our operations.

****Work Hours & Flexibility:****

The hours for this role are variable, as you will work based on client bookings. You have the autonomy to:

  • Set your own availability and approve or decline shoots as needed.
  • Choose the number of sessions you wish to take on, allowing for a personalized workload.
