The Account Director will earn a competitive salary ranging from $65 to $75 per hour, in addition to commission.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in healthcare staffing sales and business development.
  • Proven track record in formulating and executing successful sales strategies, consistently achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
  • Strong expertise in selling healthcare staffing solutions, recruiting, customer service, and marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of business development, market analysis, and sales growth methodologies.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a history of closing high-value contracts.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, capable of cultivating and sustaining relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • High enthusiasm for driving organizational growth and a passion for the healthcare staffing sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to enhance revenue and expand market presence.
  • Conduct thorough industry research to uncover emerging trends and business development opportunities.
  • Promote ATC's complete suite of staffing solutions to both prospective and existing clients, ensuring a compelling value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with corporate objectives and client requirements.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, addressing their staffing needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Review and negotiate sales agreements, ensuring adherence to legal and corporate standards.
  • Engage in regular business meetings to provide updates to stakeholders on sales performance and market dynamics.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to boost brand visibility.
  • Continuously assess and analyze market conditions to adapt sales strategies as necessary.
  • Contribute actively to team efforts by achieving targets and sharing best practices.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute a detailed sales plan targeting new clients through various outreach methods.
  • Client Base Expansion: Maintain and enhance the existing client base through regular interactions and targeted engagement strategies.
  • Leadership Experience: Preferred experience in guiding and mentoring sales or marketing teams to meet organizational objectives.
  • Negotiation and Networking: Leverage strong negotiation and networking skills to drive business success.
  • Innovative Client Development: Initiate creative strategies for client engagement and account penetration, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on all leads generated to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and personalized service.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on current market trends and compliance to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Staffing Coordinator to ensure a cohesive approach to assignments and placements.
  • Candidate Marketing: Proactively market qualified candidates to drive placements.
  • Proposal Writing: Prepare and submit detailed proposals to secure new business opportunities.

Ongoing Duties:

  • Leadership Meetings: Participate in weekly meetings with the leadership team to review progress and discuss market trends.
  • Sales Documentation: Maintain all required sales documentation, including activity reports and forecasts.
  • Timely Follow-Up: Ensure prompt follow-up on all sales calls to maintain client engagement.
  • Public Relations: Engage in public relations activities to enhance the company's reputation.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed by reading relevant publications and sharing insights with the team.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall business objectives.
