Job Summary

We are seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to support our Dispersion Business Team, Research & Development, Supply Chain & Marketing departments. The ideal candidate will have prior administrative assistant experience with strong customer-centric competency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process monthly expense reports in Concur.
  • Order office supplies and promotional items.
  • Coordinate FedEx shipping for documents and promotional items.
  • Answer incoming calls and greet visitors in the vestibule.
  • Organize team events and schedule interviews for potential employees.
  • Responsible for ordering and mailing promotional items to customers.
  • Participate in office safety inspections.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma, required.
  • Prior administrative assistant experience in a professional work environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment.
  • Accuracy and diligence in controlled document management.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
