Job Title: TIERS/IEE Help Desk Agent

The Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Agent to join our team. As a Help Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to our customers, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to our TIERS and other eligibility applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and customer service to customers via phone, email, and in-person

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to TIERS and other eligibility applications

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials

• Participate in user acceptance testing and provide feedback on new system deployments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in technical support and customer service

• Strong knowledge of TIERS and other eligibility applications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
