Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a budget of multi-million dollars with double-digit growth.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure target sales goals and profit objectives are achieved.
  • Oversee and motivate a team of individual contributors.

  • Facilitate account development strategies on target accounts to drive net new business.
  • Coach, train, and develop strategies to maximize market potential, grow net new business, and upsell in current client accounts.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a profitable sales team.
  • Track record of producing results.
  • Office technology industry experience preferred.
  • Technology sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and rapport building abilities.
  • Great interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
  • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to take risks and try innovative, new approaches.
  • Valid Driver's License with a relatively clean driving record.
