Position Overview

The Executive Operations Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the CEO of Saint Dominic Village Nursing Home and other high-level executives by providing dedicated administrative assistance. This position involves managing schedules, coordinating departmental events, and enhancing administrative workflows.

In this role, you will engage in regular communication with senior personnel, including Directors, Board members, and external partners, to further the organization's community goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comprehensive understanding of public relations and communication strategies
  • Familiarity with personnel policies and procedures
  • Ability to maintain precise records and generate insightful reports
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to deliver presentations to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated tact and courtesy in interactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to cultivate and sustain effective working relationships

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
  • High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • 3 years of experience in human services, ideally with individuals with disabilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of progressive experience in human services
