Chief Executive Officer

Verge Management, LLC is seeking a seasoned and visionary leader to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer for our hotel division. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate the company's strategic vision, mission, and objectives, and lead the executive team in setting and executing strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- Brand Management: Oversee the management and evolution of the company's hotel brands, develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, loyalty, and market position, and ensure brand consistency across all locations and marketing channels.
- Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and excellence across the hotel network, develop and implement standardized operating procedures, training programs, and performance metrics to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the company and its network, develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, and monitor financial metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends, mitigate risks, and capitalize on opportunities for growth and profitability.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with franchisors, vendors, industry partners, and other stakeholders, and serve as the primary point of contact for hotel division.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in executive leadership roles within the hospitality industry, with a focus on hotel management.
- Skills: Proven track record of success in brand management and operational excellence, strong financial acumen, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Competitive Salary: $200,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year.
