Job Summary:

The Edge Group is seeking a visionary leader to serve as the President and Chief Executive Officer of our educational nonprofit organization. As the chief executive, you will be responsible for guiding the organization's mission, vision, and strategic plan, while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive leadership and oversight to the organization's executive team and staff.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure financial resources necessary to support the organization's programs and initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems to optimize organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Monitor organizational performance against established metrics and key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a master's degree in education, business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in a management role with proven leadership ability.
  • Strong fundraising and resource development skills, with a track record of securing significant funding from diverse sources.
  • Excellent managerial and financial skills with a thorough understanding of best practices in all areas and phases of business operations.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing individuals and teams with a wide range of individuals representing various backgrounds, levels of training, and career stages.
