Job Title: Support Staff

At American Accord Food Corp., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Support Staff to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Client Onboarding: Accurately enter new client information into our system, ensuring seamless integration and efficient service delivery.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Handle billing processes to Managed Care Organizations (MCO), ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Client Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, confirming and following up on service requirements.
  • Delivery Coordination: Ensure clients receive proper delivery services, managing and scheduling delivery times as needed.
  • Custom Menus and Services: Collaborate with clients to arrange custom menus and services tailored to their needs.
  • Client Eligibility and Verification: Verify client eligibility and request necessary documentation for service continuation.
  • Basic Bookkeeping and Record-Keeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses and financial record-keeping.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks and Support: Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, office organization, and other duties.
  • Meeting Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate meetings and conference calls, arranging schedules and managing meeting logistics.
  • Meeting Minutes and Reporting: Take and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
