Payroll and HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team at Northside Imports. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to the accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processes, including calculating payable hours, commissions, tax withholdings, and deductions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including preparing and issuing earnings statements
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a Payroll and Human Resources Department
- Proficiency in Payroll Software (ADP payroll platform preferred)
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
