Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team at Northside Imports. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processes, including calculating payable hours, commissions, tax withholdings, and deductions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including preparing and issuing earnings statements
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in a Payroll and Human Resources Department
  • Proficiency in Payroll Software (ADP payroll platform preferred)
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
