About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Lake Charles, LA Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing branch operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the branch business plan, including budgeting and financial management.
  • Supervise and manage branch personnel, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful team performance.
  • Collaborate with the Regional VP to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Manage branch safety, ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to retain customers, acquire new customers, and expand our service offerings.
  • Manage the hiring process, including recruitment, training, and development of branch personnel.
  • Oversee equipment and machinery management, including acquisition and disposal.
  • Interface with other branch managers to share best practices and resolve issues.
  • Review and approve indirect overtime requests and purchase orders.
  • Conduct annual personnel evaluations and oversee the operations personnel evaluation system.

Requirements

  • 10 years of operations management experience in industry.
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting functions and ability to read and understand a P&L statement.
  • Excellent computer skills, verbal and written communication skills, and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to inspire a common vision, understand key financial indicators, and drive change while maintaining operational effectiveness.
  • College degree highly desirable.
