Branch Manager

BrightView Landscapes, LLC- DE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, including managing client relationships, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance and Quality: Work closely with the Controller to track branch performance, inspect client properties for job quality, and accurately estimate jobs.
  • Client Relations: Develop long-term relationships with clients, communicate effectively, and coordinate client service teams.
  • Sales: Budget for new sales goals, work with the Business Developer to meet or exceed those goals, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Operations: Develop annual budgets, execute contracts, and ensure timely billing and proper use of branch assets.
  • Personnel: Identify staffing needs, complete necessary paperwork, guide team member development, and implement company policies and procedures.
  • Safety: Implement methods to improve workplace safety and maintain a stellar safety record.
Requirements:
  • A 4-year degree in horticulture or a related field, or equivalent landscaping experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of management experience.
  • A working knowledge of business accounting and P&L statements, plus broad knowledge of horticulture, landscaping equipment, and fleet management.
