Lead Home Health Operations with Compassion and Expertise

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Branch Director to lead our home health operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve patient outcomes and branch efficiency.
  • Supervise and support a team of clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations and the AVP of Operations and Finance Department to establish revenue and budget goals.
  • Conduct continuous quality improvement initiatives, including quarterly committee meetings and patient satisfaction surveys.
  • Communicate effectively with referral sources, sales directors, and account managers to meet admission goals.
Requirements:
  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure (in the state of practice) preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably within Home Health or Hospice.
  • Outstanding leadership skills with demonstrated experience motivating, educating, supervising, and supporting staff.
  • Experienced with quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools and methods.
  • Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Fiscal management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • EMR proficiency, prior Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience is a plus.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile liability insurance.
