Position Overview
A reputable family-operated provider of electric heating solutions is looking for dedicated full-time, temp-to-hire Junior Assembly Technicians to become part of their manufacturing workforce. This company specializes in the production of American-made residential and commercial heating and HVAC systems.

As a Junior Assembly Technician, your primary responsibility will be to assemble heating products for both residential and commercial applications by adhering to work order specifications and utilizing basic hand tools.

Success in this role requires a passion for assembly, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.


Compensation:
$ per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electric heating units by interpreting work orders and employing hand tools
  • Maintain a strong focus on detail to ensure the quality of the final product
  • Adaptability to rotate between various assembly stations as required

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a production or manufacturing setting
  • Capability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Comfort with lifting and moving materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Proficiency in using basic hand tools, including power drills
